Monica is from upstate New York and has been a licensed funeral director since 2005. Her funeral career has spanned from director/embalmer to office manager. Currently she works in Operations Support and has recently been asked to help guide the company wide initiative of receptions and hospitality. Last year her daughter and son-in-law welcomed Monica's first grandchild. When she isn't traveling, Monica enjoys motorcycling and riding her horse, Quincy.
