Who have you worked with in the past?
I started my career in the funeral industry over 20 years ago when I became a New York State licensed funeral director. I worked for two small family-owned funeral homes in the Binghamton, New York area before accepting a position at Allen Memorial Home in Endicott, New York as their office manager.
What most excites you about your work & the contribution you can make? Funeral service is such a unique industry. There are very few professions where you can make such a meaningful impact on someone during the worst day of their life. Over the years I have seen the industry change and continue to adapt and pivot with their client's needs.
What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy? I enjoy helping people. My background before entering the funeral industry was customer service.
Where can we find you when you’re not working? Riding my horse, Quincy, or riding on the back of my Harley Davidson, enjoying the scenery.
How long have you been doing what you do? I've been in the funeral industry for over 20 years!
Where did you grow up? I grew up - and still reside - in Upstate New York.
What would be impossible for you to give up? Traveling and concerts.
