Marshall has been a dedicated employee at McClain-Hays since 1988 and is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He is married to Pamela Kirkland Prince, and together they have four children: Will (Hailey) Stokes, Calvin Prince, Abby (Clark) Graham, and Callie Prince. They are also the proud grandparents of three grandchildren: Henry, Keaton, and Emma.

In his free time, Marshall enjoys activities such as fishing and hunting, managing their farm, and engaging in quality time with family and friends.
