Julie Tench

My name is Julie Tench, and I have been with Hopkins Funeral Home for eight years. I recently stepped into the role of Manager, and it is an honor to serve families in our community with compassion and care. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is helping families with preneed planning, giving them peace of mind in knowing their wishes will be carried out with dignity. I am blessed to share life with my husband, Brian. Together, we have three children and eight wonderful grandchildren who bring so much joy to our lives. My faith is also an important part of who I am. I attend Ebenezer Baptist Church, where I find encouragement, fellowship, and strength. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and making memories with my family. Whether it’s a quiet evening together or an adventure with the grandkids, those moments are what I treasure most. Serving families through Hopkins Funeral Home is more than just my job—it is my calling, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to walk alongside others with care and compassion.
