Bryan is the managing funeral director at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Homes. He was born and raised in Shelbyville, IL. He taught high school in Springfield for 16 years before becoming a funeral director. He is a member of the Illinois Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association. Bryan earned Bachelors and Masters degrees from Eastern Illinois University and earned his mortuary education from Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana.  He became a funeral director to help people in a professional manner, provide options to celebrate and honor lives and to respond to ever-changing needs in human service. Bryan is married to his wife, Jennifer and has four daughters and two stepsons. He attends First Christian Church in Decatur. Service organizations include Stephen Decatur Masonic Lodge #979 AF & AM, Jackson Lodge #53 AF & AM in Shelbyville, and Land of Lincoln Honor Flight. Bryan enjoys spending time with family, DIY projects and cooking.
